How points really work
Buy regular-price products, collect points and unlock rewards you can use on your next purchase.
For every 1 CHF spent on non-discounted products, you receive 1 point.
When you reach one of the point levels below, you unlock the corresponding reward.
The reward is not used on the same purchase. You can redeem it on your next purchase.
Each purchase and its related points remain valid for one calendar year.
Simple example
You spend 200 CHF on regular-price products → you collect 200 points → you unlock 5 CHF → you can use it on your next purchase.

No. Points are collected only on regular-price products. Discounted items, promotions and reduced products do not generate points.
You unlock a reward when you reach one of the required point levels in the app. For example: 200 points = 5 CHF, 500 points = 15 CHF, 800 points = 35 CHF, 1,200 points = 60 CHF, 2,000 points = 175 CHF, 4,000 points = 400 CHF.
No. Once a reward is unlocked, it can be redeemed on your next purchase, not on the same transaction where the points were collected.
